Getting to the George River in Nunavik, Northern Quebec
Pyramid
Mountain is situated near the community known as Kangiqsualujjuaq
(originally known as George River). This area is named after the
mountain that is shaped like a pyramid. It is abundant in wildlife.
The largest caribou herd, the George River Caribou Herd, passes

How to get to Pyramid Camp
Fly FIRST AIR Boeing 727 Jet from Montreal
to Kuujjuaq, Quebec
(2 hrs), then AIR INUIT Dehavilland Twin Engine Otter or Beaver/Otter
from Kuujjuaq to Pyramid Mountain Camp(1 hr). |
